WestFest is a “Western” themed-event we put on every year which is a carnival which brings our 1600 students, parents, teachers, volunteers, and the general public out for games, food, prizes and fun for all! This year we’re expanding the event to include even more vendors and a “Touch-a-truck” event where attendees will pay tickets to climb aboard some of their favorite construction, public safety equipment and vehicles of all kinds!


We’re offering two levels of sponsorship;

• “Brought to you by” sponsor (i.e. “WestFest 2020 is brought to you by ABC Company!)
• Sponsor name and logo featured in signage on all promotional materials for event
• Sponsor can staff a booth to hand out material, perform demonstrations or interact with attendees
• Sponsor will be highlighted in multiple messages on our electronic reader board facing the public right-of-way
• Sponsor can provide a vehicle(s) for our “Touch-a-Truck” event
